Users may permanently delete their account.

To request deletion:

1. Log in to the application and use the "Delete Account" option (if available), or
2. Email us at support@onlinespardha.com with your registered email address or mobile number.

After verification:

• Your profile information will be deleted.
• Login access will be removed.
• Personal information will be erased except where retention is legally required (for example, certain payment or tax records).

Deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days.
