The application requests Camera, Storage, Location, and Notification permissions only to enable relevant features.
Suspension or Termination
Accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.

SmartScan AI does not guarantee examination success, employment, or specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
GS Digital Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Account Deletion Policy
Users may permanently delete their SmartScan AI account.
Option 1
Use the Delete Account option inside the application (if available).

Send an email to:

Include your registered email address or mobile number for verification.
After Verification
Once your identity has been verified:-
- Your profile information will be deleted.
- Login access will be permanently removed.
- Personal information will be erased except where retention is legally required (such as payment, taxation, or regulatory records).
Deletion requests are generally processed within 7 business days.
